Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Sales Administrator. This would be a Part Time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in East Kilbride.
Monday – Friday 27 hours, there is some flex with start/finish time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties including processing orders, quotes, and shipments.
- Issue payment reminders and chase overdue accounts.
- Work with sales team and liaise with other departments.
- Reporting.
- Other duties deemed relevant to role.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Spanish/French additional language would be beneficial, although not essential
- IT Literate
