Our client is a well-established family run car dealership and are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team based at their Exeter site in Devon!
As a Sales Administrator your duties will be:
Providing general administration support for the dealership and brands
Liaising with the sales team and vehicle supply as well as process vehicle orders in line with the sales order or showroom stock requirements
Completing all pre-delivery administration tasks such as vehicle registration using AFRL, insurance and road tax
Working closely with the sales team/managers to complete sales invoices ensuring all relevant costs are included
Informing the sales team of customer order statuses and any issues that may arise
Entering vehicle job sheet details to ensure records regarding pre-delivery work hour requirements
Keeping stock list records up to date for new, used, demonstrators and corporate cars as required
Liaising with the Sales Manager to ensure correct authorisation of new stock is ordered
Inputting correct data for the dealership financial reporting and customer database management purposes
Banking duties when required
Assisting with locating vehicles
For the Sales Administrator role the following experience/skills will be required:
Strong communication skills
Computer literate
Full clean UK driving licence
Proven Sales administration experience (desirable)
The working hours are from 9am until 5pm Monday to Fridays.
The salary for the Sales Administrator role is £23,000 per year.
