What You’ll Do:
- Be the backbone of our sales team, supporting client relationship management.
- Craft compelling written proposals and expedite document returns.
- Play a key role in order processing and provide stellar support to our account managers.
- Take charge of chasing finance paperwork and coordinating installations.
- Engage with clients through phone calls, web chats, and emails, ensuring top-notch customer service.
Who You Are:
- A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot is a plus!
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with both inbound and outbound client interactions.
- Eager to work closely with account managers and internal teams.
