A leading New Homes company in Devon are looking for a Commercial Administrator to support the office and assist the Procurement/Sales team.
They are seeking an ambitious individual to join their growing team With a reputation for delivering high quality homes & focus on customer Satisfaction you will be responsible for assisting in the Procurement/Sales Team.
Duties will include:

• Procurement duties, coordination of subcontractors
• Preparing subcontract applications and clarifying requirements 
• Liaising with Suppliers ordering materials
• Preparing reports and general support Administration 
• Producing H&S Files
• Sales support duties & chasing client payments

What you need:

• Experience/background within Housebuilders would be an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and proactive 
• Good IT skills and can use Microsoft packages as well as pick up new systems
• The use of Coins system but essential
• Commercial awareness
• Willing to learn and develop
