Adecco are looking for an outgoing and experienced Sales Administrator to join our well established client located in Stone, ST15 area.
This is a temporary role, leading to a permanent position after 12 weeks for the right person.
Full time hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-4:30PM and Friday 8:30AM-1:00PM
Rate from 12.08PH
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a small but busy team. Applicants will need to be a meticulous and organised individual with the ability to prioritise their own workload, and complete tasks in a effective and timely manner. You will need to possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You will be responsible for the following-
- Processing sales orders from order to despatch.
- Booking transportation and completing export documentation
- Franking Post for collection
- Taking credit card payments
- Reception type duties, taking telephone calls and meeting/greeting customers inline with company standards.
- Liaising with customers by phone and email to handle queries and orders.
- General administration work, assisting other office staff with any duties required.
