Sales Advisor

Work with us at one our client’s luxury student accommodation sites in Nottingham!  If you have excellent rapport building skills and have strong sales experience, this could be just the place for you!

This is a Full Time Temp position working Monday - Friday for at Least one month and could be extended.

You will be reporting into the Accommodation Manager and will be responsible for the promoting this stylish new building and assisting the manager with enquiries.

For this position we are seeking the following:

• Responding to all new enquiries via email and calls
• Assist with the development of the relationship with the local universities
• Ensure the universities have regular updates with regards to availability and marketing updates
• Conduct tours and convert as many viewings into sales as possible
• Undertake room inspections
• Attend student fairs and open days at the university
• Keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to potential residents.
• It would be an advantage if you have previous experience within property or lettings, but this is not essential
