You will be responsible for ensuring repeat business over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships, promoting specific products.
Ideally you will have 1 years + sales experience this role could be ideal for you.
Duties Include…
- Contact existing customers to retain their custom
- Proactively following up leads and ensure that targets and KPI’s are met
- Answer questions about products and the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work accurately under pressure & within strict deadlines.
- Perseverance and self-motivation to take the sales process from start to finish
- Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
- Confidence relating to others
- Excellent communication skills Adaptable to change
- Experience Sales experience within a professional B2B / B2C environment
- Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPI’s
Knowledge /Qualifications
- GCSE Grade C passes to include English & Maths (or equivalent)
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Personal Attributes A strong desire to achieve High professional standard
- Strong Team Player with an “I can do” attitude

- Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 18:00
- Friday 08:45 – 16:30
Salary
£23,000 basic with an OTE of £45 - £50k
