SalaryLakrids by Bülow was founded in 2007 on the Danish Island of Bornholm and is recognised as being the absolute category leader within gourmet liquorice.
Through enchanting taste experiences and combinations, Lakrids by Bülow has a vision to “make the world love liquorice”.
We operate 33 retail shops in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany and The United Arab Emirates and we will be opening our 3rd store in London this Spring.
We are searching for strong sales profiles for our new store in London.
The right candidates needs to be a team players, with a good understanding of a team environment.
The profiles must be outgoing, ambitious and flexible.
Knowledge about the industry is not mandatory. We will make sure you’ll get a solid onboarding.
The positions avaliable are between 8-40 hours weekly and the Sales Advisors will report directly to the Store Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing excellent.
- Supporting the store team with daily tasks and working towards daily KPI targets.
- Promoting our customer database to drive community sign-ups.
- Maintaining the appearance of the store as per VM guidelines.
- Proactively running tasting sessions and product demonstrations.
- Providing gift solutions; showcasing our variety of gifting options and making recommendations based on budget and occasion.
- Showcasing your product and company knowledge. You will learn all about our range of products including how we source, craft and manufacture our products, any allergens and our commitment to sustainability and ethics.
Professional qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience.
- Sales driven, motivated by results and always working as part of a team.
- Excellent communications skills both with staff and customers.

You will have a lot of responsibility on site, but also have good support from our Store Manager and our Danish Headquarters.
