Sales And Customer Care Associate

We are currently seeking a Sales and Customer Care Associate to join this small team and play a pivotal role in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth order processing.

You’ll be responsible for the Sales and Customer cycle including:

• Prompt follow-up of sales leads, quotes and orders
• Maintaining customer records
• Providing market feedback to the marketing department
• Generate sales reports and forecasts

This position offers a great opportunity for a motivated individual to excel in the construction industry.

You’ll have:

• Strong understanding of Sales & Service Achievement Metrics and related KPIs.
• ERP experience is required and proficiency with business software tools such as CRM and Microsoft Office are essential.
• Exceptional administration and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and client contacts is vital.
