Sales and Events Manager
As Sales and Events Manager at San Carlo, you will oversee the inbound & outbound sales of our Liverpool restaurant. You will be responsible and accountable for driving growth and maximising sales opportunities. You will manage, develop and grow the sales division of the business, from Hosts to Reception Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Work with the restaurant GM in Liverpool to plan and organise events
· Build a strong network of businesses and local communities, to maximise sales opportunities
· Build relationships with new, existing and regular guests
· Ensure new guests are continually fed into the business, using a proactive sales approach to market the San Carlo current offering
· Continually drive sales through private bookings and Events
· Marketing of the restaurant through your individual social media accounts – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
· Ownership of inbound Sales and the booking system, maximising sales opportunities
· Regularly attend networking events and sales opportunities to stay informed about market trends
· Mentorship and development of Hosts & Reception Managers
· Any other reasonable management requests from the Head of Sales

Requirements:
· At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
· Strong financial acumen, with a proven track record of achieving budget targets and driving revenue growth.
· Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
· Knowledge of industry Sales and trends
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
