About the Opportunity:
As Sales and Governance co ordinator, you would be responsible for supporting the Operational sales manager and Commercial Manager in delivering sales tenders, ensuring Jacobs governance procedures are followed by all. Organisation is a key part of this role to keep data and timeline deadlines on track. Tender administration and submission writing will be a large part of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Operational Sales manager/Commercial Manager in the day to day management of tenders and current projects;
  • Take part in contract reviews;
  • Prepare estimates and cost plans;
  • Involvement in the development of governance ready to present to the business;
  • Preparation of standard documentation;
  • Preparation of tender documents;
  • Provide robust and accurate data to feed into internal and external progress reporting;
  • Gather lessons learnt report for future tendering activities.

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Ability to communicate confidently;
  • Hands on with a can-do attitude;
  • Excellent work ethic;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Able to work discreetly and in a confidential manner;
  • Good decision-making skills.

Desirable:
  • Understanding of tenders and procurement process;
  • Literate in writing responses;
  • General understanding of the governance process.
