We are seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator at one of the company's brand new offices in Sunderland. This is a great time to join an ever-growing business with further aspirations and would suit a driven individual with a determination to succeed.Duties as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients on all levels Progressing sales through to exchange and completion phases Booking and generating valuations Carrying out property viewings Handling negotiations around lettings Encouraging repeat business Identifying new business opportunities Giving an unrivalled service and insight into the market Administrative duties including preparing details of the properties Arranging photographs of the properties and floorplans Managing diaries and appointments Handling queries and updating systems Ad-hoc duties relevant to the positionWhat we are looking for: Experience in property A strong sales etiquette and excellent negotiation skills Strong customer service skills on all levels Must have a clean driving licence A motivated individual with a desire to learn Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM's A keen eye for detailTo be successful as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be an organised individual and well presented. In return you will receive a salary between GBP23,500 - GBP25,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme with an realistic OTE of GBP48,000 - GBP50,000 plus benefits, working 9am-5pm, Monday-FridayAPPLY TODAY!
