A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s friendly office in Wapping! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment.
Previous estate agency experience would be preferred but is not essential as our client is willing to consider a superb trainee. To be considered at this level, you will ideally have experience within a target driven sales / customer facing environment.
Personal specification:
• Experience within residential estate agency would be preferred, but is not essential
• Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
• Have knowledge of the local area (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communications skills
• A professional telephone manner
• Assertive, confident and friendly
• Good time management skills
• A full UK driving licence
The salary on offer will include a basic of £21,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and performance. Pooled cars are provided.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Friday from 9.30am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays from 10am to 2pm (by appointment only)
