Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Type: Part Time / Full Time Permanent

Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: £28,000 pro rota (or extension of duties for right candidate)

The Role

As our Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal support role within the Sales & Marketing department, assisting the Sales & Marketing Director and other team members in executing sales strategies and Marketing initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative and coordinative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Responsibilities

Support for the Booking Team:

· Assist in managing weekly schedules and availability (white space).

· Contribute to the maintenance of the booking team's rota on RotaCloud.

· Support HR-related duties for the booking team as required.

· Info email – support email distribution – leads/enquiries.

Marketing and Administrative Support:

· Assist in the administration of SOE) including managing refer-a-friend vouchers, updating fees.

· Assisting in the updating of the online booking – ensuring all data is correct.

· Help organise and prepare estimates/templates and quick plans on SOE, as well as personalised consents

General Support:

· Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Director.

· Assist in preparing reports and presentations for team meetings.

· Support the organisation and execution of promotional events and other marketing initiatives.

Must-Have Attributes

· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Experience with administrative duties in a fast-paced environment preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, SOE and familiarity with scheduling software like RotaCloud.

· Interest in Sales and Marketing, with a willingness to learn and grow within the department.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
