Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with our families, from the initial inquiry through to their start date. This position requires a professional with a knack for communication, both digitally and in person, to ensure our families receive industry-leading customer care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Handle inquiries through telephone, email, web, and social media platforms, ensuring a timely and professional response.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide unparalleled customer service, including customer listening tasks, to understand and meet our families' needs effectively.
- Diary and Email Management: Organize parent visits through careful diary management and maintain active engagement with new and existing families via email exchanges.
- Relationship Building: Perform follow-up calls to our existing customer base to reinforce our commitment to their satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Promote Open Days and other events, contributing to the company's Sales and Marketing efforts.
- Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge of internal systems and improve skill sets.
Skills & Qualities:
- Great Telephone Manner: Exceptional communication skills over the phone.
- Social Media Savvy: Proficient in creating engaging content and managing platforms for digital marketing.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in customer service, with the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Organisational Skills: Strong capability in managing schedules, emails, and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Knowledge of Day Nursery Environment: (Preferred) Familiarity with the day nursery sector or willingness to learn.
- Marketing: Managing social media accounts .
