SalaryA well-established, family-run business are looking for a new Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their close-knit team!
This role will support the marketing manager, whilst learning the businesses product offerings through a mixture of comprehensive training plans, dealing with key clients directly and general sales admin. Once this key product understanding is gained, this position will progress into a Marketing Coordinator role across a broad range of marketing activities.
About You:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience building and nurturing key relationships.
- 1+ years' experience in a marketing role or in sales, business or administration with marketing elements.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Getting to know, and build relationships with key existing customers. Being reactive to purchase orders and managing customer accounts.
- Keeping existing customers up to date with promotions and special product offers.
- Learning about the business's product line, and moving into broad marketing role.
- Assisting with marketing across social media, Website, Email marketing and traditional marketing channels.
- On the job training and development into a full time marketing role.
Where You'll Be Based:
The whole team is fully office based in South Leeds and easily commutable from the surrounding areas including Morley, Pudsey, Farsley and Farnley. They have free on-site parking and are located within walking distance of bus links from the centre of Leeds. This is a fully office based role, so being within a commutable distance is fundamental.
