The Role:
As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth and brand recognition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across all channels, including online sales, retail partnerships, and events.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and markets, conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailoring sales strategies accordingly.
- Building and nurturing relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and corporate clients to expand distribution channels and increase sales volume.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
- Utilizing social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to support sales efforts, promote product launches, and drive traffic to sales platforms.
- Managing the newsletter to a database of 20,000 subscribers, crafting compelling content and promotions to drive engagement and sales.
- Creating eye-catching Sales and Marketing literature using Canva, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and visual identity.
- Planning and executing targeted Facebook adverts to reach potential customers and drive conversions.
