Fully Office based Free parking available Main duties: To source and develop new products and manage the product launch. The Role: - To conduct market research and identify the market's gaps and requirements- To source new products in order to meet the demand of the market and promote company growth- To manage the development and launch of new products- To liaise with supplier to ensure product quality and profitability- To ensure new products are consistent with industry standards; to manage compliance documentation in line with UK and international regulations- To conduct thorough research and assessments of any new suppliers- To manage stock control of new products and ensure there is sufficient product to meet demand The Candidate:- Experience in New Product Development - Essential - Experience in manufacturing background and/or construction industry - Beneficial- Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- IT literate Salary: up to £45,000 p.a.
