Gold Point is searching for five customer-focused and outgoing individuals to fill our face to face sales roles at our Manchester City Centre branch. We are looking for ambitious and charismatic sales people with excellent communication skills who can connect with our customers, deliver an excellent customer experience and offer advice on a range of products and services across our events promotions.
The Sales trainee manager role:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere & great customer experiences
- Maximise sales opportunities & participate in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- You will have a vibrant personality to manage customer care and customer service inquiries with professionalism
- Follow and maintain company policies & procedures
- Develop an excellent knowledge of our products and services
- Monday and Friday 9am - 6pm, including 1 hour of in house training daily
At Gold Point, we pride ourselves in putting the customer first and creating memorable and positive customer experiences. While you may not specifically have retail or customer service experience, a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, with a natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.
Sales associate must:
- Have a focused approach to customers and a genuine desire to engage
- Have an ability to work under your own initiative
- Be able to take and follow management instruction
- Be friendly & personable
- Have a desire to further and progress their career into a management role in the future
- Understand the importance of representing our clients in a professional manner
- Full availability between Monday and Friday (9am - 6pm)
Gold Point will provide full product training and sales coaching. If new team members show potential, they have multiple opportunities to move into other departments such as leadership, Client management, management training and cross-train for other clients.

Candidates must be able to commute to Manchester city centre, full availability Monday to Friday, and be eligible to work in the UK (we cannot currently support visas).

Pay: £300.00-£1,000.00 per week
