Sales and Purchasing Administrator
My client is looking for a full time Sales and Purchasing Administrator based in Marston Green working for a global interior client. They are looking for someone who is well organised, has attention to detail and can communicate well with customers. This role comes with potential progression into a sales assistant position.

About the role
- Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30
- £25,282 basic salary
- Full training provided
Roless and Responsibilities
- Generic store admin duties in relation to Sales and Purchasing
- Processing customer service technical enquiries, dealing with enquiries efficiently & ensuring customers are kept up to date at all time.
- Raise internal PO’s to factories and other regions.
- Raise PO’s to external suppliers
- Booking in of products from factories/external suppliers. • Assisting with arranging loadings from factories/external suppliers.
- Responsible for obtaining information from customers initial enquiry as to whether an issue is in connection with a product warranty or installation issue.
- Maintaining confidentiality on all aspects of company policy and operations when dealing with and speaking to customers and suppliers
