Role Profile
As a Sales and Support Officer you will be responsible for door-to-door selling of the company's product portfolio including, but not limited to, Fibre. Additionally, you will:
- Perform telesales calls from time to time when the weather conditions are not suitable for door to door sales
- Set up and demonstrate products, negotiate sales, and complete paperwork
- Post-sales contact to ensure the customer is happy with the service and if they need any further support
- Manage a prospect list and work an assigned area, often up to 20 - 30 houses per day, working to agreed weekly targets
- Travel to different areas of the island going door-to-door with the goal of selling Fibre broadband and adjacent products and services
- Set up and demonstrate products and show how customers can maximize product features, showing presentations on product features
- Upsell and cross sell mobile tariffs and big bundle options
The ideal candidate for the Sales and Support Officer role will have:
- Previous demonstrable sales experience
- Good personal presentation and a passion for putting the customer first
- An understanding of modern retail technology along with anunderstanding of, or interest in mobile technology
- Ability to deal with difficult customers and communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to promote a Company Brand & progressive image whilst delivering high standards of customer care
