We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team in the Inverness branch. As a Sales Assistant, you must be confident, trustworthy, committed and motivated, with a strong personality. Being able to liaise with managers and communicate clearly is imperative, along with maintaining brand image and using initiative on a daily basis.
As retail assistant, you will be expected to:
- Drive sales and maintain high levels of commercial standards in-store, e.g. merchandising and all visual presentation
- Maintain high levels of operational standards, e.g. communication to customers both in person and by telephone, email and social media.
- Create positive working environment in your store and with other retail locations and distribution facility.
Previous Retail experience is required, any additional experience in Furniture preferred
