SALARY: £25,000 OTE per annum (uncapped commission)
LOCATION: You will travel around Birmingham and surrounding areas
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday

Working as the Sales Assistant you will manage your time between prospecting, gathering potential leads and then visiting prospective residential customers in your designated area.
As the Sales Assistant you will need the ability to use your own initiative to upsell and seek out new business opportunities. For the right person the earning opportunity is exceptional with an uncapped commission structure the only person deciding how much you earn is you!

DUTIES
Your duties as the Sales Assistant include:
- Actively prospect, identify, and approach potential customers within your designated territory
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to explain the benefits and features of the company’s products and services.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers, addressing their questions and concerns
- Close sales deals and achieve individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Must have great people skills with the ability to negotiate and close
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Happy to work in a field based role, visiting customers within your designated area
- Must have great time-management skills to manage your own schedule and appointments
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivate and driven to succeed
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
