The role
Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of our business, consistently delivering outstanding customer service year-round. We seek individuals who authentically delight in connecting with others, capable of delivering captivating and dynamic product demonstrations while filling our shop floor with vibrant energy. As an excellent team player, you'll actively engage in giving and receiving feedback, contributing to the growth of our collective skills.

In your position, you'll lead shop tours highlighting our beautiful handmade products, tailor personalised experiences, and offer indulgent sit-down consultations, complete with luxurious hand and arm massages as part of your regular tasks.

Through in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to our customers. Your crucial role will help create the ultimate experience for our guests, ensuring we offer the best service on the high street!

Key Information
Hours available: 14 -28 hours per week

Key Responsibilities


  • As vital brand ambassadors for the busiest Lush store globally, you'll play a crucial role in embodying our ethics, values, and products. Your mission: to create dynamic and captivating connections with our customers, leaving them with a lasting positive impression of our shop.
  • Conduct lively group product demonstrations that generate a vibrant atmosphere around our products and throughout the shop floor.
  • Become a pro on our products, helping customers make perfect choices, and sharing your great knowledge on what makes each product right for them.
  • Team up with your colleagues to hit store goals, keep the shop floor fun, and deliver top-notch service together.
  • Get creative with displays and keep our store looking fabulous, using this as a way to help our customers find the right products while they’re shopping.
  • Help keep our inventory in check by restocking shelves, making sure everything is in its place, and ensuring our products are always ready for their close-up.
  • Keep our store sparkling clean and inviting, creating a space that adds to our customers' shopping joy.
  • Handle transactions with a smile, and make sure every purchase is the perfect way to end a shopping experience.
  • Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and make sure our customers are genuinely cared for.
  • Dive into training sessions with excitement, soaking up knowledge to grow both personally and professionally.

Creators of pioneering beauty products such as the fizzing bath bomb, shower jellies and solid shampoo bars, we place emphasis on fresh ingredients like organic fruits and vegetables, fight against animal testing and combat over-packaging by developing products that can be sold ‘naked’ to the customer without any packaging.
We currently operate in 52 countries with 928 global shops. Through our separate business divisions we invent, manufacture and sell our handmade products direct to our customers through our own shops and online. The fact that we make all our products by hand is something we are really rather proud of!
