Sales Assistant (Office Based)

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our sales team and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation - Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Maintain customer records and update the customer database - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team - Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service - Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers - Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing Experience: - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite - Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
