We are a busy Independent Household / Gift / DIY store based in the city centre of Edinburgh. We are one of the few family run businesses that have been trading for over 45years.
We are looking to add to our fantastic team of staff as we are getting busier!
Our customer service and invaluable advice are what make us stand out from any other business. We stock a vast range of products in store and are well known for our staff, who are always on hand to share their knowledge.
Requirements / What we are looking for;
- Confident proactive approach when dealing with customer facing environment
- The ability to up sell and cross sell across a wide range of product areas
- Able to advise customers
- Quick learner and able to learn in an every changing fast paced environment
- Self motivated individual
- Good command of English
- Previous retail experience is essential, DIY/household is desirable
This role requires you to replenish in-store stock by communicating well with other staff members and competently stock-take whilst performing day to day tasks.
This person must have good awareness of their surroundings in a fast paced environment.

Salary: Depending on Experience
Holidays 28 days
Christmas bonus potential
