Our work is focused around floristry and we pride ourselves in the creation of one-off designs, but in addition the warmer months the tables in our courtyard are packed with people enjoying drinks.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in floristry to learn from our team.
Responsibilities
- Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to sell products or services is preferred
