Overview:
We are seeking a Keyholding Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the management team in daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store meets sales goals.
Duties:
- Assist the management team in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Train and supervise retail staff
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in visual merchandising and product placement
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to upsell products to customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and selling abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
