House of Cavani are looking for a full time Sales Associate to join our team!
Salary is based on full time hours.
Job Purpose
The Sales Associate will be assigned to the daily operations of the Cavani sales department duties. These are to include processing orders and dealing with customer queries. Maintaining excellent knowledge of stock levels, inventory and company policies in order to provide accurate information to customers. Maintain a professional working attitude to ensure company values are upheld.
Main Duties
- Process orders following correct procedure to maximise sales.
- Manage the email inbox ensuring all queries are responded to within 48 hours.
- Take inbound and outbound calls to maximize sales
- Answer phones, deal with customer queries, resolve any discrepancies with orders and work to maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Assist with planning promotions and identifying lines that can be cleared or reduced if not selling.
- Ensure stock quantities are accurate giving maximum availability to the customer.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge.
- Analyse sales data, identifying best sellers and feed back to management to help identify new sales opportunities.
- Update the GLN file for Linnworks as and when required.
- Call out to customers to offer deals and promote products.
- Send marketing emails to customers.
- Assist the sales team with any ad hoc duties that may be required e.g. book international orders via courier online
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
