Large Fabrication & Heavy Machining firm dealing with an extremely diverse range of industries, but with our main focus and manufacturing capabilities centred around the Oil & Gas market sectors we can provide a solution to Subsea, Offshore, Onshore, Rail Sector and Back Deck requirements.

Sales / Business Development Manager:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales / Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and deliver an effective sales strategy to generate enquiries and sales. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused both on increased sales linked to improved customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople and help build a customer service culture.

Requirements and skills: Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Sales Executive or a relevant role.Proven sales track recordExperience in customer support is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)Proficiency in English. Market knowledge and experience of working in Oil and Gas or Engineering SectorsCommunication and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills. Desirable: degree or equivalent in business administration, sales or a relevant field.

Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP40,000 + Performance Related Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance. Option of Working from Home or Hybrid Working.
