Sullivan Brown are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Coach to join our SaaS client.
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative Sales Coach to support our clients’ internal sales team.
Working with both the training and Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our software sales team by coaching on sales calls, meetings, and demonstrations. The successful candidate will be adept at flexing their style to work with a variety of team members and supporting them in being their very best sales self! This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in a relatable sales environment and a passion for coaching and developing others.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
- Deliver comprehensive training interventions to enhance the skills and knowledge of software sales professionals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, product updates, and market dynamics to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans.
Coaching and Support:
- Provide one-on-one coaching to sales professionals, offering guidance on deal strategy, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by offering continuous support and feedback.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to assist in achieving the team’s KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on team and individual performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in software sales would be beneficial.
Previous experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
Strong understanding of the software industry, market trends, and customer needs would be advantageous.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
- This role will sit in the learning team, will report into the head of learning but will work closely with Sales Manager and Head of Customer Success
- Agile with the ability to utilise multi coaching methods.
- Provide action-based coaching.
- Remote working with occasional travel to Penrith
- Salary £35,000-40,000 DOE
