Sales Commercial Manager

As New Truck Sales Commercial Manager the main focus of the role is to support the Sales Director with
- Commercial decision making across all Sales Channels
- Sales growth strategies
- KPI’s & Financial reporting & analysis
- Managing and supporting Interaction across all departments, within STILL & KION Group as required.

• Proven experience of negotiation, influencing & problem solving in a sales / commercial environment. 
• High commercial acumen, with a solution orientated mindset.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a commercial and time pressured environment by means of a consistent and professional approach.        
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

• 39.5 hour working week,  0800-1630, Monday-Thursday & 0800-1600 on Fridays which includes Hybrid working
