SalaryA leading and privately owned independent estate agency in St Johns Wood, are looking for a dynamic, personable, skilled, and ambitious Sales Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and contacts within the NW8, NW1, W9 or NW3 postcodes.
The successful applicant will be expected to assist with appraisals of properties as well as handling negotiations on behalf of the company. They must also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local market to provide accurate valuations of prospective properties.
Prospective applicants must hold a valid UK driving license and should have at least 5 years' experience in the NW London sales industry. This role is full-time and would suit an experienced sales professional.
A competitive salary, plus an outstanding commission structure, will be offered to the successful candidate.
