Job Description:
As a sales and lettings negotiator in Dubai, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties in Dubai. You will utilize your expertise in the local real estate market to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Job will be based in Dubai. Office based. Required to meet clients in and out of office. (Viewing Properties).

Responsibilities for sales and lettings negotiator -

• Contact and manage company generated leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.


• Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing process, providing expert guidance and advice.


• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate the closing process.


• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate information to clients.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.


• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, sales, business development or similar roles.


• A desire to learn about Dubai's real estate market, including property trends, neighbourhoods, and legal requirements.


• A willingness to improve or learn further strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.


• Financially capable of covering flight and initial relocation cost to Dubai.


• This role is based in Dubai and requires you to relocate there on a permanent basis. As there is no basic salary included you would be required to pay for your own flights and accommodation, although rest assured that we have a team that will assist you on what you need to do.
