Location: New Malden
Salary: £23,000 + commission guarantee for first 13 weeks + uncapped commission, OTE £40,000+
Hours: Full-Time, weekend working is involved
We are recruiting for a leading provider of high-quality home furniture and décor and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join thier team.
Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve sales goals
- Accurately record and manage customer information and sales data
Requirements for a Sales Consultant:
- Proven track record of sales success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge of home furniture and décor is desirable
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £23,000 and uncapped commission, with an OTE of £40,000. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities to further your career.
