About the role of Sales Consultant at JT Dove:
We have an exciting opening for an ambitious, motivated individual to join the sales team at our Sunderland branch.
The main duties for this role include:
Selling to a range of both retail and trade customers
Contributing to branch sales targets
Developing ongoing working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
Following up on customer enquiries
Managing accounts and stock on a day-to-day basis
Providing excellent customer service at all times within a fast-moving environment
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous customer service and/or sales experience, ideally from a merchant background
Be looking to develop a career in a busy sales environment
Have a real passion to deliver excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills
Have a natural drive for achieving targets
Be resilient and adaptable with the ability to juggle changing priorities

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturdays 08.00am to 12.00pm.
