Founded in 1992 and based at our purpose-built premises in Cranleigh, our customers can call on our helpdesk engineers to solve any IT problems. Purpose of Role
This role plays a crucial role in the team, working with the directors and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales, contracts and invoicing processes. Supporting the sales team with quoting and supplier management, pushing successful sales through to delivery and ensuring all invoicing systems are up to date and on correct.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Working with sales to create any required quotes ready for customers
- Answer customer queries on any sales or invoicing issues
- Create and manage all contracts and associated services within our CRM
- Ensuring seamless delivery of services, working with the technical team
- Work with the team to deliver a truly customer focused support service
- Build strong relationships with customers, and a detailed understanding of our services
- Deliver a customer centric service to customers, ensuring delivery of excellent levels of service
- Working closely with other business areas, ensure a seamless customer centric service is provided
- Work to establish customer needs, identify opportunities for improvement
- Any other duties as required
Candidate ProfileAppropriate skills for this role:
- Previous experience in a digital administration role
- Experience of using CRM and finance software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Prior experience in sales administration or customer service is advantageous
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- This role requires someone who can work independently and use their own initiative.
- The ability to work at both our office or home as agreed
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Hours, Location & Benefits
- £15 per hour
- 15 Hours per week, across between 4 or 5 days.
- Working from the office 2-3 days per week, with the rest from home
- Six Month Probation Period
- Pension after probation period
