Sales Coordinator, Shefford
Up to £25,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity for a proactive, confident, and organised individual to join my clients team at their head office in Shefford.
The successful candidate will possess a can do attitude and be comfortable working in a busy environment, whilst maintaining a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:-
- Processing both phone and web enquiries up to the value of £1K
- Ensuring pick sheets are up to date by liaising with each team member.
- Carrying out any research/sales support tasks as required by line manager.
- Converting quotes to orders as and when required by sales team.
- Transferring quotes onto the systems from enquiry sheets
- Chasing payment prior to dispatch
- Assisting the marketing team with any sales-related tasks.
- Meeting and greeting customers for collection of orders on site.
- Marketing/account management
- General administration
Candidate Specification:-
- Strong customer service and administration skills/experience
- The ability to liaise confidently with all levels of personnel.
- PC Literate, ideally experience of using Sage although this is not essential.
- Car owner/driver is required due to location.
