Sales Coordinator, Shefford

Up to £25,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity for a proactive, confident, and organised individual to join my clients team at their head office in Shefford.

The successful candidate will possess a can do attitude and be comfortable working in a busy environment, whilst maintaining a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:-

• Processing both phone and web enquiries up to the value of £1K
• Ensuring pick sheets are up to date by liaising with each team member.
• Carrying out any research/sales support tasks as required by line manager.
• Converting quotes to orders as and when required by sales team.
• Transferring quotes onto the systems from enquiry sheets
• Chasing payment prior to dispatch
• Assisting the marketing team with any sales-related tasks.
• Meeting and greeting customers for collection of orders on site.
• Marketing/account management
• General administration

Candidate Specification:-

• Strong customer service and administration skills/experience
• The ability to liaise confidently with all levels of personnel.
• PC Literate, ideally experience of using Sage although this is not essential.
• Car owner/driver is required due to location.
