We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our a large electrical components manufacturer. The successful candidate will bring their customer service expertise to bear in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role will attain a variety of duties including sales order processing, data entry, customer service & ad hoc responsibilities.

Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
Handling customer complaints in collaboration with technical and quality control teams.
Managing and revising customer price databases.
Utilising computer systems extensively to process and modify orders from receipt through invoicing.
Providing stock updates and proof of deliveries as needed.
Coordinating cost recovery for obsolete stocks and labels.
Promoting additional products and services in a welcoming showroom environment
Liaise with various internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry's products and services.
Provide ongoing support to the sales team.
Utilise CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales.
Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Profile
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well in a team and independently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing.Job Offer
