Hays are delighted to be supporting this private sector client again. They are looking for someone who can support all business functions with tender/contract management and commercial sales expertise. Ensuring seamless processes and strategic guidance to drive success.
Your new role
Preparation of weekly sales forecast reporting, involving updating sales forecast tools and administrative reports. Collaboration with Finance & Legal Teams to ensure due diligence for new customer credit terms. Managing and submitting customer tenders, along with overseeing customer contracts and service agreements throughout their life cycles. Responsible for preparing and submitting customer quotations for various services and products. Engaged in contract review processes and rental order processing. Maintaining customer enquiry tracker and assisting in updating sales and marketing documents. Adhering to Company & Group policies, contributing to Health, Safety & Environmental policies, and Quality Management System implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
Possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a strong technical aptitude and presentation abilities. Skilled in negotiating and consultative selling of technical services. Proficient in developing alternative approaches to overcome challenges and problems. Experienced in proposal and report writing, and adept at working with processes and procedures. Skilled in building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders. Strong planning, organising, and prioritising abilities with keen attention to detail. Willing to go above and beyond by working outside regular hours when necessary.
