SALES COORDINATOR
Pertemps Crawley are working alongside an innovative manufacturer & supplier to the Construction industry, looking for a customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join their successful team, based near Redhill.
The Role:

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Collating and processing sales orders via phone & email
• Calculating and providing accurate quotations
• Checking stock levels and clearly communicating lead times and updates
• Handling customer enquiries
• Upselling & cross selling additional products and services
• Creating and updating customer records on the inhouse CRM

The Person:

• Previous experience in a similar sales support / administrator role
• Strong communication skills, written & verbal
• Good attention to detail maintained when working with high volume, repetitive data
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Proficient user of MS Packages & inhouse CRMs

The Package:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (45-minute lunch)
• £23,000 - £28,000 (dependent on relevant experience)
• Company benefits: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), contributory pension, modern onsite kitchen & shower facilities, free parking & accessible via public transport
