Remuneration: Up to £27,000 + discretionary company performance related bonus

The role of the Sales Coordinator - Glass and Windows will involve:
- Sales coordinator role, dealing with a range of manufactured vison & insulated glass units
- Liaising with external customers and all internal departments to ensure business processes run smoothly
- Externally you will be dealing with curtain walling & façade contractors
- Internal contacts will include the planning, production, operations, logistics and finance departments
- Responsible for providing consistent updates to customers
- Addressing customer concerns and reporting any issues to the relevant internal departments
- Handling incoming customer calls: taking order, managing complaints and servicing queries
The ideal applicant will be an Sales Coordinator - Glass and Windows with:
- Must have office experience, would consider a number of support/coordinator roles
- Ideally will have experience within: the windows & glass, manufacturing or building envelope industries, however this is not essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication abilities at all levels
- Positive attitude and a bubbly personality
- Attention to detail
