Well established manufacturing business based in Liverpool, due to a re-structure they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their busy Customer Services team. Your new role will be supporting the Customer Service, Administration and the on the road Sales teams.
Duties
Your new role will include the following duties:
- Liaising with key customers via email, portal and telephone
- Discussing products, alternatives, advising on prices and producing quotations
- Working closely with key departments to ensure key customers receive products in agreed SLA's
- Keeping customers records updated on the bespoke CRM system
- Working closely with external transport companies and re-arranging deliveries if required
- Ad hoc duties when required
To be successful in this role you must have 3 years Customer Services / Sales Coordination experience ideally within a manufacturing business.
What you will get in return
Salary is up to £27,000, Hours Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30, hybrid working (2 days from home) and free parking available.
