Sales Coordinator

Salary: Competitive salary with annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Cannock, Sheffield, London, Hybrid Working – with travel throughout the UK as required.

What you’ll be doing;

  • Support the sales team and assist in the development of our Vault and Secure Destruction activity, to successfully deliver our targets and strategy.
  • Promote the Vault offering both internally and externally.
  • Develop, nurture and convert a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Support bid quality controls and run autopsies on unsuccessful bids to help realign the sales strategy where appropriate.
  • Analyse and report on sales performance.
  • Develop and implement an account management programme for our secure destruction customers and become an ambassador for customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Salesforce data to ensure there is an audit trail for each enquiry, from pipeline, quotation and completion, create and send quotes, service agreements and credit applications to customers.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a timely resolution to customer orders through to job completion and invoice.

What we’re looking for;

  • UK Driving Licence
  • DBS Check
  • Experience within the waste management industry
  • Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Previous sales experience
  • Good time management skills
  • Innovative, analytical and discreet mindset
  • Financial and report writing experience
