Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• You will handle sales enquiries, process quotes, and ensure smooth communication with customers and colleagues. Your role will be crucial in turning leads into sales orders and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally and respond to all enquiries and leads quickly. Follow up on live and existing enquiries to close sales.
• Acknowledge new sales leads and monitor the Sales Inbox regularly, creating and processing accurate quotations.
• Use the CRM system to log activities and convert quotes to sales orders.
• Maintain business margins and resolve any issues with internal departments.
• Coordinate account management activities with field sales personnel.
• Maintain a professional presentation and adhere to paperwork and systems requirements.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Business development or sales experience ideally in a technical sector
• Organised with an excellent telephone manner
• Good presentation and IT skills.
• Good team player who is able to meet strict deadlines.
• Able to work closely with customers, internal staff, and managers.
