Job description

Our client are seeking a Sales Order Administrator who will be responsible for the systems and processes within the business. If you are organised, analytical and able to work well with other teams to ensure a smooth process is carried out at all times then this could be the role for you!

The Sales Order Administrator will:

  • Be the first point of contact for queries within the business
  • Deal with sales order processing
  • Support with reconciliations
  • Be responsible and resolving any problems that come into the office
  • Work with stock and the warehouse daily
  • Liaise with the sales teams daily
  • Make sure any delivery issues are communicated well within the company
  • Update each team on changes with stock and products
  • Deal with the forecast sheets

To be considered for this Sales Order Administrator position you will:

  • Be confident on all computer systems
  • Have a high accuracy in your working approach
  • Be extremely organised and work well under pressure
  • Be a real problem solver and be able to resolve queries
  • Have the ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Maintain previous administration skills dealing with stock and products
