Our client are seeking a Sales Order Administrator who will be responsible for the systems and processes within the business. If you are organised, analytical and able to work well with other teams to ensure a smooth process is carried out at all times then this could be the role for you!
The Sales Order Administrator will:
- Be the first point of contact for queries within the business
- Deal with sales order processing
- Support with reconciliations
- Be responsible and resolving any problems that come into the office
- Work with stock and the warehouse daily
- Liaise with the sales teams daily
- Make sure any delivery issues are communicated well within the company
- Update each team on changes with stock and products
- Deal with the forecast sheets
To be considered for this Sales Order Administrator position you will:
- Be confident on all computer systems
- Have a high accuracy in your working approach
- Be extremely organised and work well under pressure
- Be a real problem solver and be able to resolve queries
- Have the ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Maintain previous administration skills dealing with stock and products
