Responsibilities
• Generate multiple client orders via warm leads and in-bound enquiries• Provide advice, design, consultation, and reassurance to customers• Understand customer's annexe requirements and articulate needs• Answer customer enquiries accurately and politely• Maintain records and keep customers updated on progress• Offer fair and impartial advice to enquirers• Conduct site surveys and display visits• Produce recommendations within budget and timescales
Requirements
• Proficient in CAD Design software - SketchUp• Proficient in CRM - HubSpot• Eye for design detail• Excellent People and Customer Services skills• Pro-active and empathetic with responsible sales skills• Good analytical and critical thinking skills• Desirable: kitchen, furniture, home or bathroom design knowledge• Desirable: demonstrable technical ability

Benefits
• Salary of £34,500 per annum + car allowance• OTE of £65,000 per annum
