Sales Development Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales professional to coach and support new and existing Franchisees and Field Sales Representatives. An excellent communicator, you get a kick out of developing and motivating others to achieve their sales goals and ambitions. In this varied, hands-on role, working shoulder to shoulder with Franchisees, you will support them to develop new and existing business opportunities, contribute to local sales meetings and new product launches.

Our successful Sales Development Manager will:

• Have two years in field sales experience
• Possess a passion for getting the best out of others through coaching, developing and motivating
• Bring a can-do, positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• Enjoy being outdoors and working in a field based role
• Be practical and hands-on
• Be based around the Gatwick, Crawley area
• Be used to regular overnight stays away from home
