Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing telephone and email orders
  • Using prospecting software and outbound campaigns to contact cold & warm leads
  • Present and communicate the value of our products/services to potential customers, addressing their specific needs.
  • Follow up on leads, provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales, quality and productivity targets.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and marketing events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
