Key Responsibilities:
- Processing telephone and email orders
- Using prospecting software and outbound campaigns to contact cold & warm leads
- Present and communicate the value of our products/services to potential customers, addressing their specific needs.
- Follow up on leads, provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales, quality and productivity targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and marketing events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
