THE ROLE
Managing a team of Sales people and Operations staff to win business and deliver on time and in full and hit margin and sales targets.
This is very much a hands on sales management role working with key customers including lots of entertainment and driving new sales in growth regions.
Financially, you'll oversee discounts and credit limits for customers, and have an oversight of stocks.
This is very much a senior leadership role and you'll need to be out with customers and sales or operations staff in a face to face capacity where you can influence and coach.
THE PERSON
A natural leader with experience of running sales teams.
Experience of the Building Services market.
Able to cover the north of England and Scotland.

Basic to £70K
Bonus to £45K uncapped.
